2. General information

We only process personal data of our visitors to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and to handle inquiries. Processing is carried out on the basis of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This website uses no cookies and no analytics or tracking services. Fonts and all other content are served locally by our hosting provider; no third-party services such as Google Fonts are loaded in your browser.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Netlify (Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you visit the website, Netlify automatically processes technical access data (server log files), in particular IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser type and operating system. This data is required to deliver the website and to ensure its technical security (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) and is only stored by Netlify for a short period of time.

Netlify also processes data in the USA. The transfer is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and Netlify's certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Further information can be found in Netlify's privacy policy.

4. Contact form

If you send us an inquiry via the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, email address, phone number if given, and your message) in order to handle your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (your consent).

Form submissions are technically received via Netlify Forms, a service of our hosting provider Netlify (see section 3). The data is stored there and forwarded to us. We delete your inquiry once it has been fully processed, unless statutory retention obligations apply. You may revoke any consent given at any time with effect for the future, e.g. by emailing info@immocapitalgroup.com.

5. Contact by email or phone

If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details in order to handle your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for this purpose.

6. Links to external websites and social media

Our website contains links to external websites and to our profiles on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. These are plain links; no data is transferred to these providers when you merely visit our website. Only when you click a link do the privacy policies of the respective provider apply.

We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy if the legal situation or the data processing on this website changes. The version published here applies.
