Mike is the CEO and founder of the IMMO Capital Group. He is responsible for the real estate market, mainly focusing on managing current real estate investments and seeking out further attractive projects. He is also the founder of the acquired firms Reshape & Design GmbH and Property Invest Deutschland GmbH, through a merger. \nPrior to founding the various companies, Mike worked at the Blackstone Group in New York specializing in real estate debt strategies. He oversaw the portfolio wide real estate valuation process and provided fund summaries on behalf of the private real estate drawdown funds. He graduated with a Cum Laude Bachelor's Degree in Financial Economics from Columbia University in New York (U.S.). Mike is fluent in English, German, French, Luxembourgish, Spanish, Dutch and Italian.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Lara is the COO of the IMMO Capital Group. Her responsibilities include managing internal procedures, monitoring the day-to-day operations, the coordination of employees and the internal controlling of the projects within the Group and its diverse entities.\nPrior to joining the company in 2022, Lara worked as a Senior Auditor at Ernst and Young Luxembourg where she looked after clients in the Assurance line. She was mainly focused on the audit of commercial companies for the German and Luxembourgish market. Lara graduated Suma Cum Laude with a Bachelor's Degree in International Business from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma (U.S.) before earning a Master Degree with Distinction in Organizational Project Management from Bournemouth University in England. Lara is originally from Berlin, Germany, and she speaks German and English fluently.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Gerrit is the CFO of the IMMO Capital Group. He is responsible for the financial planning, analysis and reporting, managing risks, optimizing capital allocation and ensuring compliance with financial regulations within the Group. \nBefore joining the company in 2022, he worked eight years at Ernst & Young Luxembourg for Audit Services, where he received IFRS, PCAOB and SEC certifications working on the financial statement consolidation under LUX GAAP, IFRS and US GAAP. In 2021, Gerrit passed the exam for certified public accountants under Luxembourgish law. Gerrit holds a Bachelor of Management and Business Economics from the University Sorbonne Paris (France), a Master of Management and Finance from EBS Business School Oestrich-Winkel (Germany) and a Master of Innovation and Entrepreneurship from University Paris Dauphine (France). He is fluent in English, German, French and Luxembourgish.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
